Has Directed annual《Oriental Impression》variety show since 2010;  《Xinhai Centennial》 large-scale variety show; 2013 Chinese Spring Festival Evening 《Hug Spring》. As the chief executive director, Ling was brought  large-scale variety show - 《For the World Peace Overture》 Multi-ethnic Genealogy to commemorate the victory of World War II 70  of the anniversary to Minute Maid Park to share with over 25,000 Houstonian on 2015;  At February 2018,  Ling as Deputy director, brought a stage play - 《Farewell My Concubine》, screenwriter by Mo Yan, Nobel Prize Laureate winner, to Stafford Center, it was well received.

 先后担任美南新闻成立35周年大型综艺晚会- 《族群共舞》执行导演。 策划 ,执导历届《东方印象》大型综艺晚会,  2011年《辛亥百年》大型综艺晚会, 2013年休斯敦华人春晚《拥抱春天》 , 2015年《為了世界和平 多元族裔共譜和平序曲》紀念二戰勝利70週年大型综艺晚會执行总导演， 2018 莫言古装话剧霸王别姬副导演等。
